Refund and Returns Policy

At Neytri, operated by Janshi Karan Online Service, we are committed to providing you with high-quality women’s and girls’ fashion. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help you with easy returns and refunds.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.

  • Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Innerwear, lingerie, and accessories

  • Items purchased on sale or during clearance

  • Customized or altered garments

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Visit our return request page or contact us at info@janshikaran.online.

  2. Provide your order ID, contact information, and reason for return.

  3. Our team will schedule a reverse pickup (if your area is serviceable) within 2–4 working days.

  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, you will be notified of the status.

3. Refund Policy

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days of return approval.

  • Cash on Delivery Orders: Refunds will be issued via UPI or bank transfer after collecting necessary details.

  • Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable unless the product was incorrect or defective.

4. Exchange Policy

We provide exchanges in the following cases:

  • Size mismatch (if the required size is available)

  • Damaged or incorrect items

To request an exchange, follow the return process and mention that you want an exchange.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Share clear images or video of the product and packaging (including invoice).

  • We will offer a free replacement or full refund based on availability.

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.

  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

  • To request a cancellation, email us at info@janshikaran.online with your order ID.
